We use a four-stage development process for custom projects:
1)
Needs Analysis Phoenix Kiosk does a needs assessment and project scoping with you to discover all business, technical and operational requirements for the project.
2)
Concept Development We will present concepts of hardware, software, a services offering, etc., depending on the project specifications. Together we’ll modify the various components until they are consistent with your needs and the project objectives.

3)
Design and Engineering Once the design elements are finalized the engineering is completed and documented.
4)
Prototyping The finalized 2D engineering files are used to create prototype(s) of the hardware. Depending on the complexity of hardware, a single prototype might be enough before moving to production, but sometimes this process must repeat as engineering is revised. In the case of software, this would be beta code and some basic UI to validate application.

We design and build our products to meet certain certifications. We can also do the work to complete a particular certification if your project requires that be done. The following certifications can potentially be attained for any custom project we develop:
