Custom application development:
Describe what you want to achieve via your kiosk to one of our System Analysts and they will prepare a detailed quote and statement of work to get the job done. Because our team is so well versed in kiosk application development, our quotes are extremely accurate and highly competitive. We can also work with you to find ways to achieve your goals within your budget.


Installation & Customization of off-the-shelf applications
: We can install and in some instances customize off-the-shelf kiosk applications for you. Sometimes it just is not necessary to develop a custom application from scratch. Instead, popular off-the-shelf software can be tailored to achieve basic functionality. Because of our experience in public computing applications, we probably have used the software you are considering, and can customize it to your needs much more efficiently than you can.

This saves time and money at the critical roll-out stage of your kiosk project.


User-Interface development:
We can develop a workflow and user interface from scratch or modify yours to make it kiosk-ready. All PK applications are developed in layers, so the UI and the logic can be modified independently to save you time and money.


Kiosk back-end interface:
Safely connect your public-facing kiosk to your secure corporate databases. Besides developing connectors, we can provide management tools, data analysis tools and monitoring tools to make sure your kiosk is doing what it is supposed to be doing.


Kiosk remote monitoring:
Got units in the field but don’t know when they’re malfunctioning or low on supplies? Remote monitoring is the answer.

We can equip your existing application or design this feature into a new application so you can monitor your units in the field from a central location. Email and SMS notifications can alert you to a problem brewing at one of your remote sites, often before it disables your kiosk.

    Not only do our engineers and support people respond to inquiries, but so do other customers. Forum postings are frequently responded to in real-time, but sometimes can take up to a day.
