Phoenix Kiosk’s ReceptionKiosk is an intuitive software package designed to enable a kiosk to replace or augment a receptionist in an office environment. It allows visitors of businesses to search and communicate with employees directly from a kiosk in an office entrance or lobby through an easy to use interface.

Visitor interaction is designed to be simple and intuitive.  Large, clearly defined buttons are presented on the screen for the user to select by touching the screen. The visitor easily navigates through the system (by use of the built in search function, or by navigating by company and/or department), finds the employee they are there to meet, and calls them. Right there from the kiosk.

Visitors will be able to quickly find who they are looking for. In case they have trouble, ReceptionKiosk has built in help capabilities with an option to “Call for Help”. ReceptionKiosk is customizable and manageable through a web-based Administrative Console. Just some of the items you can customize and manage are:
